“Rachel looked after my wife and child who have both had problems giving blood before, Rachel made them at ease and both my girls were left surprised it didn’t hurt! Rachel is the best we’ve ever had!”
“I scheduled my appointment on the same day and arrived early. I had to wait for a while and I complained to one of the nurses why I wasn’t being called in. She apologized for the inconvenience and explained that since I made the appointment on the same day, it’s considered a stand by appointment. Although I wasn’t pleased about having to wait, the fact that she took her time to explain the situation was very helpful.”
““Emergency meetings” to discuss business operations should only be scheduled when there are no clients, either before or after business hours or during lunch when the office is closed. The supervisor of these lovely, friendly, apologetic, professional women at the Parkway office in Ewing, NJ has no consideration for scheduled clients. The matter being discussed could and should have waited. Having me wait fifteen minutes was unprofessional on the supervisor’s part was not in this building but was conducting the meeting virtually/by phone. Consequently, I was late for another appointment. Of course, no one but the techs at this office and their clients care about what occurred.”
“Great experiences with the rapid covid testing here. I was able to schedule an appointment the day of, the whole testing process took 2 minutes, they test you right from the car, and I got my results in less than an hour.Also, the test was less expensive than a previous place I'd gone to where the experience was a literal day of misery waiting in line outside etc. Life saver for situations where I've needed proof of a negative test result in a pinch!”
“Very friendly and professional. Testing was quick. Results came back next day. Entrance was horrible. Must use your phone to scan code posted outside. Fill out information while outside. Unfortunately, I went on the coldest day of the year. There was a line, no one knew what to do. Door is locked. Called, woman said no waiting come in. When I didnt go in, someone came out, like 5 people in front of me, who didnt know what to do. Some phones did not register the code for scanning. She took them in to use their iPads. Other than the entrance, place is great.”
“An incredibly efficient office. Check yourself in, sit down, and get called. Probably only 3 minutes in the room before the techician arrived and took my blood. Bam - in and out in under half an hour.”
“I used to dread having to get blood work done because I would leave on the verge of passing out with 5 different needle marks from them trying to find a vein. I was referred to this location to see Linda and omg she’s the best ! She really knows what she’s doing and made me feel at ease… I didn't even feel her put the needle in. All the ladies there were super nice and I was in and out in 10 minutes (with an appointment).”
“The ladies at this location are amazing! I took both my boys 10 and 9 Years of age for their first blood draw. The ladies were friendly and quick! Total 20 mins in and out for myself and the boys. Great experience!”

“Yes, the place is on the smaller side. However, they were very quick and efficient. We had Cindy draw our blood. She had great bedside manner and was excellent drawing blood, even for my wife whose veins are often hard to find. Some of the other reviews may be low, but we had a 5 star experience.”
“Lisa from MobiLab2go is amazing! She was able to come drawn blood for us on short notice and did an amazing job! If you’ve had bad experiences with having blood drawn, I can’t recommend Lisa enough, she’s extremely good at finding veins on difficult to stick patients. Will definitely be calling her next time we need blood drawn instead of going into one of the on-site companies.”

“We had a fantastic experience at this Quest this morning with our 1 year old! Zero wait time. Mahogany, the phlebotomist was incredible and made it such a smooth and painless experience, my daughter did not shed a single tear! It was very clear that she was prepared to handle a baby and experienced in this. We have had less than ideal experiences at other labs with my older son in the past, so we will definitely be coming back here in the future for any pediatric lab draws. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!”
“I checked in on the kiosk at 8:50am and was out by 9am!! This is a well run location - very professional and for a Saturday morning (and even in general) I was out faster than it takes to get my morning coffee! Staff is very professional also!! It looked very busy when I walked in - almost every chair in the waiting room filled, and it was still that fast!”
