“I'm loving this bank and the service they give. The customer service is amazing in my experience. My card was hacked and charged after they also asked for a balance on the account. Two times fa few weeks earlier. So because I have the fraud protection they called me in the middle of the night. So I'm all for this bank 24/07. Make sure you put that on your account they also have voice recognition it's easy to get some compassionate person who understands what just happened to you. Your money is important. The rep told me they do it while you are sleeping well I'm up so I'm getting every notification from the fraud. Oh they are so good the rep said they did an ATM transaction with my pin I'm amazed. Unbelievable I wish they'd get a real job.”

“My name is Ms.Boon . I’m a customer at the Broad st branch. I’d like to give a note of thanks and commendation for Charisse Arlington Branch manager who single handedly defused a potentially explosive situation by cutting her own lunch short and coming to my financial intellectually limited rescue. While communication with Ms Barrios , another Columbia bank consultant, had for some reason became fractured when Ms. Barrios attempted to convince me that a QIT form which I’d brought to this branch last week was filled out improperly by me as stating my daughter would be Trustee and be beneficiary of my Trust account. Upon learning of my blunder, I returned with another form notarized stating that I would be trustee and grantor and my daughter should be primary beneficiary should I become incapacitated or loss of life. Ms Barrois insisted I allow my daughter to be trustee of this trust and that the question of where when and how the money would come from my already existing account is an issue due to the fact that she hadn’t opened the trust yet and that the form was referring to an account that only she was authorized to open as opposed to filling out the form to state I already have a checking account number and a routing number from which the money would come from, which in fact was the question asked on the form. The fact that this form had to be notarized upon completion AND THEN sent to your legal dept for acceptance or approval is proof that a bank account number and a routing number was required BEFORE getting this notarized and approved by your legal deodorant is yet more proof that Ms Barrios was clearly misinterpreting the questions and what was needed for a banks approval. Which is A notarized completed gov form. I also overheard her telling another employee over the phone that she was sure I had it all wrong. My intelligence was insulted. Untrue statements about our conversation was misconstrued and I was left with an empty feeling of being unappreciated. Then, out of the rain appeared my hero or SHERO MS. Arlington. Even though we had a few disagreements about the form she remained cool calm and with her aloof composure she brought a smile back to my face. Instead of sarcasm she was very engaging and seem to understand both sides of what had transpired. Which pleased me to no end. At this point k felt as though all would be well regardless of who was rite or wrong as long as we were able to accomplish our goal together. She took her time and pointed out how and why Ms Barrios could’ve easily misunderstood what was required of her which began to break down the tension in the bank of me feeling as if I was called a liar and so illiterate that it was impossible for me to read and comprehend the form that was in fact already notarized because I was able to prove I had the Columbia bank checking account number and routing number needed to complete the form already established as oppose to having to WAIT FOR Ms BARRIOS TO OPEN A SEPARATE checking account based on weather it was approved . But it was impossible to satisfy this question. according to Ms. Barrios the answer to that question was moot unless a TRUST is approved. Where as it couldn’t be considered without being notarized. Thank GOD for Ms Chariss Arlington. She made no promises to me . However her professional demeanor made my otherwise stressful experience feel as though I was with family. She genuinely cared about my feelings. I can’t tell you what Ms, Arlington said but I WILL NEVER FORGET THE WAY SHE MADE ME FEEL. Rite at home with my Columbia bank family. Thank you for hiring her. And please place this commendation in her personal file so all will know the financial ANGEL that’s in they’re midst called CHARISSA ARLINGTON
