I came in looking for the right fish for my 50-gallon freshwater aquarium, and Neisy took the time to really understand what I was trying to accomplish rather than simply pointing me toward whatever was on the shelf. We had a great discussion about the different options, compatibility, temperament, and what would work best in my particular tank.
Her recommendations were based on years of experience and a genuine knowledge of freshwater fish. After our conversation, I decided on six Starfire Red Gouramis, and I couldn't be happier with the choice.
Pet Supplies Plus is often thought of as a place for entry-level aquarium fish and starter setups, but they actually have some very nice intermediate-level fish available. Having a knowledgeable employee like Neisy who can guide customers beyond the basics makes a huge difference.

The care we receive is exceptional, the people at the front desk are the most wonderful and greeting people.

All I had to do was bring her litterbox and playpen and anything else she needed, and she cared for her well and cleaned the litter box and everything at a really good price!!

I thought the vanilla flavor was the best I've had in a while, and the coffee flavor was very nice as well. Next time I would get one extra shot and it would be exactly to my taste. If you like a stronger coffee flavor in your latte, that may be advisable. It's a nice spot with a lot of creative options that I'm interested to try in days to come.
