He also made us aware of a promotion that allowed many of my family members to get iPhone 15 for about $5/month, which we did.

“It was ok. My older phone was acting up so I went to VZ store. Everyone who assisted was nice. Only thing negative that I must say is that customer should be advised upfront about the pricing of additional items…screen protector, car charger, etc. this would avoid customer complaints, which were handled by price adjustments”

“This Verizon Store, located on route 46 in Clifton, New Jersey, has provided me with the best customer experience of any I’ve been to. This week I was having cellular connection issues with a replacement iPhone, and they resolved it quickly with no problem. Today, I made a second visit and purchased some accessories. On both occasions, the representative I worked with, Ty, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Between that and a very short wait time, I will certainly return to this location if I have any future needs. Much appreciated!”

“5-star customer service from Awilda; we entered T-Mobile at the Short Hills location for a new IPhone for my niece, as her battery was draining, and her phone would shut on and off.Awilda was helpful and hands on from the beginning of our interaction until the end. “Small store with great selection and very well stocked. The parking lot was a challenge, but it is manageable. They had 2 registers open and a bunch of self check out lines. There were two guys in the tech department selling AT&T phones. They were a bit annoying. I've never seen that at a target before.”
