This one stands out among the others I’ve been to, and there’ve been a few. PET sold me my phone 2 years ago and Hector helped us out with a problem today. Both are great. Hector greeted us as soon as we walked in, even though he was busy. When it was our turn he helped us out and solved the problem quickly.
Don’t hesitate to give them your business.”

“The customer service here is so awesome. I learn my lesson never order online for your new phone. You go directly to this corporate AT&T store at Willowbrook Mall for trading and upgrading. I don’t have to worry about all the trouble going to UBS and send for the trading. Alfonso was so helpful and patient.”
“I have been to the Wayne location for Verizon on Hamburg Turnpike a few times. I went in there today with a billing problem. Prior to today, I spoke with someone through customer service on the phone for over two hours and they still couldn't assist me with my problem. When I went into the store today Tariq assisted me. He listened to my situation and looked into my issue. After going through the necessary information on his tablet Tariq found the problem and took care of it by calling customer service. Excellent employee!!!!”
“I had such a frustrating experience trying to resolve my issue before coming to the T-Mobile location. I first tried going through the app, then a live representative who even mirrored my phone to troubleshoot, then tried online again — and after all of that, I was told I needed to go into a store in person. I went to another location first, and while they were helpful, they could only partially help me with what I needed.
Then I came to Willowbrook Mall and Trevor completely changed the experience for me.
Trevor actually listened to my entire situation and took the time to advocate for me instead of brushing me off or giving up. This was a LONG and complicated process, but he stayed patient, professional, and determined the whole time. He even called corporate himself to keep pushing for a resolution. His assistant manager, Fabio, also stepped in and supported the process, and together they really fought to help me.
You can tell they genuinely care about customer service here. I never felt rushed or dismissed, even though my situation was complicated and time-consuming.
Update: with their help, I FINALLY got what I wanted. 😊

“I went in with an issue about not having enough storage on my phone (or so I thought) and I walked out with four now updated devices AND so much more storage that was already in my devices. Thank you to Vanessa, Ashley, Raj, and AJ for their help and their patience. They spent two hours helping me and other customers as I waited for the devices to slowly update.
