“I can't stress enough how we need to support local toy stores like Jabberwocky. Nothing beats walking into a toy store and feeling the items on hand. Yes it may be cheaper on Amazon but I want my kids to have that toy store experience that I had as a kid and picking out something they want. I come here every so often to support these guys. They also do gift wrapping.”

They have anything retro or new that I was able to ponder while searching for gifts. The have gift wrapping at checkout, and are again, so helpful... I hope this helps you. “Who doesn't love a bookstore! Thank goodness BN still exists! Otherwise, I would not be able to share my love of books and bookstores with my grandchildren. The best part for all of us (well, for me) is the toy section (telescopes, microscopes, you name it, it's there). The Grands also loved the children's book selections.
I must also mention the staff! They were very helpful and pleasant. In a world where customer service is almost nonexistent, I must give compliments where they are due! Please keep up the good work and great customer service!

She took the time to explain what she was going to do next and made sure all purchases were parent approved (much appreciated!) She was on alone and was very efficient when a line stared to form. We didn’t feel rushed at all and no one waited for a long time. We had a really great experience from start to finish. Someone give Sarah a raise! “I've been here a few times now and have absolutely no complaints. It's a pretty busy spot, so I've waiting for as little as 20 mins up to 2.5 hours, (you can leave and come back). The staff has been polite and welcoming, and I feel I've gotten a decent return on my items I've dropped off. I've also looked through the items they sell there, and everything seems to look like it's good quality. For those not getting any money, or very little money, for their items, I'm thinking they may be bringing in really worn/faded/stained/ripped items. No, you're not going to get close to what you paid for an item. You may not even get what someone promised to pay you on fb... and then didn't follow-through?. But it's a convenient service, and if you don't want to keep the items they don't want to buy from you, they will donate those items for you. It's a win all the way around for me. Recommend!”
