“The Train Station in Mt Lakes has been my Lionel trains and accessories for many years. Heavily stocked store with knowledgeable people. A real pleasure to visit. Attached are a couple pics from my layout.”
“Rachel and Tanya make an incredible team at this Kessler in West Caldwell. Rachel demonstrated immense knowledge in movement patterns and language associated with physical activity. I would highly recommend going there if you are looking for a facility that host a positive mindset and upbeat track to recovery. Thank you so much!”

“Been going to this place for well over a year now and found the people working are some of the nicest staff there is! They usually have all the comics I want and I love digging through their boxes for old comics!”
“I legitimately don't know where to start. I LOVE this store. I grew up in the neighborhood behind it so it has a massive nostalgia factor for me. The Staff has always been great. Bryan is super helpful with the usually very large amount of questions I have. They probably have more Pokemon, One Piece, DBZ, products in stock than most other stores, They also have very hard to find products, including other TCGs, action figures, and comics(which I don't know anything about) . The TCG prices are always just about even with market. Sometimes a little higher, sometimes a little lower. They also have the only rewards program I've seen in any store like it ever, and I've been to and even reviewed quite a few other stores like it. I just wish they had room to host play events!”
“I would like to thank the store for the excellent RC car. The model exceeded expectations:
high speed and excellent maneuverability;
the remote control works smoothly and without delays, with a control distance of about 30 meters;
the durable body has withstood several drops without scratches or chips;
the battery holds a charge for quite a long time (approximately 40 minutes of active play).”

“Was in the store this past Saturday. There was a kid who was a little short on his purchase. The cashier came over and put up the money he needed to be able to purchase a football. He walked out of there super happy. Times like these we need a little kindness. What may seem small to others can be really big to someone else. I dodnt get her name and I should have but just wanted to share her kindness.”
“Amazing, old school store. They have everything under the sun for kids and even gifts for adults, and they have an awesome card section. This place is a timeless gem - nothing could ever compare!”

“This place is a true NJ landmark it has been around since the 1970's or 1980's and that was when on first time to get my first true R/C car. I was a kid and now I am 56 . They have everything you can think of when it comes to the R/C hobby and glad to see they are still are while alot of the other shops have gone away which is real shame because people lost interest, didn't know or couldn't afford the hobby but truly glad this one is still around and going.”
“This place flew under my radar, perhaps because of the name. It'd be more accurately called Meyer's Trains & Toys, as it's a dream for any train-obsessed kid (or adult for that matter). While the toy selection isn't anything reminicant of the toy stores of the 90s, the owner is great and you'll probably generally find what you're looking for.”
“Level 1 Games and the whole team go above and beyond when you need it most. I was itching for a play box of Hobbit in the final hour. They went through my video game trade in at the buzzer beater and were able to secure me a box. Their draft nights are awesome, community great, and selection unbeatable. Highly highly recommend.”

“A real, family owned, family run toy store!! The owner helped us pick out the perfect gift for our grandson. He ordered it, assembled it and helped me load it into my vehicle. Good old-fashioned customer service with a warm and welcoming owner.”

“Descent found what we were looking for challenging but we found it looked online but shipping was to much stores do get inventory wrong it said they had it and they did thank you”
“The experience was very informative - I received the information I needed to make a decision and buy the right set for my family. The associate was professional and extremely helpful. The final playset was as specified. The installer was there when scheduled and worked diligently in the heat to get it done in one day. He also listened to my preferences and made sound recommendations based on his experience.”

“The store just opened back up about a month ago. Along with all the items we're familiar with, they've also added a bunch of new merchandise. They really have improved the overall flow of the store.”
“This is a unique train store I ever seen! This place is amazing, Ed is a friendly guy and has a lot of antique trains and plenty of items that will suit for model train layouts.”
“For decades, this hometown toy store has been a true gem in the community.
What really sets them apart is the knowledge and passion of the staff. They know their inventory inside and out, are always happy to help collectors and families alike, and genuinely care about making sure customers leave happy. You can tell this is more than just a business to them — it’s a place built on trust, relationships, and love for toys across generations.
It’s rare to find a store that combines old-school integrity with such a welcoming atmosphere. Supporting a local business like this is easy when they consistently treat people the right way. Highly recommended for collectors, parents, and anyone who appreciates a shop that still does business the right way.
One of the best things about Tons of Toys is their Needoh deliveries — and they never mark up the prices of them!
If you’re looking for a specific toy, make sure to shop at Tons of Toys!”
“I don’t normally do reviews but I just had to say that Mya’s hospitality was amazing. She helped me wrap gifts for birthdays, going out of her way to do so. She was extremely friendly and kind.”
“Everyone is so wonderful here! They have a huge selection of camp stuff and even popular toys too. You can walk in or schedule an appointment. They do wrapping and personalization too!!! I love this store so much! You need to stop by and check it out for yourself. The pricing is awesome too!”
“I have been dealing with Ralph and Toytastik for years now. Super friendly and knowledgeable. He’s usually able to get me anything I ever want at a reasonable price and he’s very trustworthy. Highly recommended!”

“We had such a wonderful time at Barnes & Noble! I visited with my three kids and my three nephews, and everyone had a great time exploring the store. There was something for every age, from books and educational activities to fun toys and games. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our visit even more enjoyable. It was a great place for the kids to discover new books and spend quality family time together. We will definitely be back!”

“I made a phone call asking for an item and the woman that answered the phone was so respectful and kind. I’m sure she gets multiple calls a day and if that were me I would not sound that nice. I was amazed! Whoever you are, keep doing what your doing because your doing it right.”

“Pretty cool place! After asking nicely they were kind enough to let me inspect the used titles I wanted to purchase, all great condition and even carry japanese and asian imports of games. Itemized receipt and good conversation with the staff there. A wonderful first impression!”
“Not only is the owner super helpful and knowledgable about plants, but they have an incredible selection. Most were grown from seed. Also, isn’t it nice to support a small business? Will be back & forwarding pics when my hibiscus bushes bloom!”
“I had read the reviews and was wary of shopping here. Reviews were partially right. I walked to the desk where two ladies were working. The first woman was brusque and short with me, lot of attitude. Handed me off to a younger woman. The other one was lovely and very helpful. She got out the baby registry form and patiently helped me choose a gift. The merchandise is fun, although $$$, and I was pleased with my purchase.”

“I had the pleasure of making a bear with James and he was SO lovely. He made my experience all the more memorable with his kindness. I’ll be coming back to this location because of him!”
“This store is immaculate. Everything is so neatly organized and all of the associates I interacted with were extremely patient, helpful, and friendly. There was a clearance/ sale area in the corner and even that was so meticulously maintained. With all the little nick nacks and things that can easily become disheveled, you can tell the associates take pride in their work as they take such good care of the store.”
“In today’s day & age it’s hard to find mom and pop stores still - the women who are here are always so helpful & patient especially in this Needoh craze!”
