“Getting into the parking lot is a little confusing you need to go through Amazon parking lot but other than that it has a large lot for the bank nice updated atm it is located outside so you can access it 24/7 only downside is no coverage from others around you or if it’s raining”

They made me feel so welcomed and explained everyone so thoroughly, I left with more knowledge than I came in with. “i just cant believe that banking can be so ez. First of all, you walk in, no appointments required. one is able to do pretty much all banking stuff, i didnt have any problems with cash withdrawals, needed over $7k in hundreds and fifties, no problem, other banks: aaahh did u call earlier? At psfcu in Union, no problem. Needed vehicle loan, no problem, just asked for it. No need to wait for loan officer. All employes knew everything about loans. My wife needed IRA, no problem, all employees knew what she was talking about. Will i stay with them??? Hell yeah.”

After several failed attempts to resolve the issues on my own I franticly called the Scotch Plains Location and had the pleasant experience of speaking with the Branch Manager Karina who took her time and a worked diligently with me to resolve the issues.
