“There are no words to express how grateful I am that I walked in and met Paul. My daughter was in the hospital and needed a new phone, and Paul went above and beyond to help us. He sat on FaceTime with her, helped save everything from her old broken phone, and transferred it all onto the new one right there in the store. All I had to do was hand my daughter a brand-new phone with everything she needed already on it. During an already difficult time, a different Verizon store told me they could not help me, then Paul made things so much easier for me. His kindness and willingness to go the extra mile meant more than even HE knows. I am truly grateful. However, sorry Paul. GO GIANTS!! =]”
“Walked in to price out outdoor flat tops. John G. came over and asked how we were using it and what our setup was. We talked about our patio setup and he gave us the pros and cons of the models we were looking at and helped us decide on a flat top. While we were talking about the patio, he also helped us pick out a sub for our sound system and a fridge that met all of our requirements.
We were thrilled with the service and the time spent answering our questions. John is definitely well versed in the areas he helped in and very friendly....we appreciate his honesty and experience!”

“I just moved here and had to get my services transferred from Xfinity to TMobile. It is a complicated and difficult task because Xfinity makes it really hard to do. I had Daisy, Emily and Uziel help me for about 1.5 hours in the store. They did everything for me. They worked as a team. They were polite, friendly and had a huge amount of knowledge and expertise.
