“I had a great experience with Benner’s Auto Body from the very beginning.
When I first called to inquire about the repair, Alda was extremely nice, patient, and professional. She took her time answering 1000 questions from me and never once made me feel rushed lol. That really stood out, especially compared with some other body shops I called where I felt like they were rushing to get me off the phone.
When I went to this shop Alda, and Vinny were both very friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire process.
Another big plus is that they are a GEICO certified repair facility. I didn’t have to deal with any headaches going back and forth with the insurance company. They handled the insurance side directly, which made the entire process much easier and less stressful.
Overall, I was satisfied beyond my expectations with both the customer service and the repair experience. I would definitely recommend Benner’s Auto Body to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and trustworthy body shop. They kept telling me, “If you experience any issues related to the repair, just come back But after the experience I had with them, I feel like I might stop by to just to say hello whenever I’m in the area. “Wow what an incredible experience! Got hit by a deer on 287, took the car straight to the shop at the recommendation of my cousin. I needed to pay out of pocket so Josh gave me a reasonable quote to repair the necessary parts and fix up the parts he could.
Car was done earlier than expected and came in under the original estimate.
They also detailed the interior of the car and it looks better than the day I got it.
