Its definitely worth the drive to this location for the great offerings and the friendly conversation from the 2nd, 3rd and 4th generation family members who run this little gem.”

“Had an awesome experience at Home Depot in Woodbridge!! Nev and Dawn were especially friendly and super helpful! Dawn helped me find the two tool chests I was looking for and was able to get it down with a forklift very fast and efficiently. Nev at the customer support desk helped me check out and put it on will call to pick up later with a truck. The process was very smooth and enjoyable! The store itself also had great sales and clearance items! I had to go in and out 3 times to load up my car and go back in to make more purchases! Def one of my fave Home Depot locations!”
“Order ten yards of brown dirt . The company was easy to deal with and delivery was on the money . Ps they have brown dirt which is dirt screened from the area . The 2 nd option is organic dirt which is only good for a skim coat since the organic material break down to almost nothing over two year span .”

“what a splendid visit we had! We came on a weekday so it really wasnt so busy. The place is huuuuge so we spent a good amount of time there and enjoyed every minute lol the plants are really well taken care of and so beautiful! they also have "rare" tropical plants there such as their variegated monsteras which were all so pretty! anyway, We visited before thanksgiving and there were already christmas decors. We loved the holiday vibes and took so many pictures. Honestly every corner is a photo spot! it was that pretty! the staff were very pleasant as well which i appreciated! aside from plants they have gift items, home decors or holiday things. the even have pretty peacocks and a curious hen the day we visited lol so cute! Now if they only had an espresso/coffee shop this would be even more perfect! lol”

“I used Metuchen Mower in the past with a riding lawnmower that I have and they did great services then so now I have a problem with my snow blower so I called after hours on a Saturday to leave a message being that they were closed, Mr Gary called me back within a half hour to take the time to listen and reassured me that they have pick up and delivery so that I can get my snow blower working. This company is A-1 in my book!”

The ladies in this particular store are the most knowledgeable employees I have ever experienced at any Home Depot franchise. This is my favorite location. They are always so helpful. Colonia is my go to store.”

“A diamond in the ruff when you want to rent an updated van dirt cheap. Had to pick up furniture in NJ. Less than 2 hour trip. Have to place a deposit to secure the time it takes you round trip. The van was dirty because it just got back from a trip. Had to ask one of the guys to help me clean out the debris but overall an easy in and out experience. Will come back if I'm need of a van rental.”

“I had tried 800-flowers on line and could not get what I needed and was very frustrated with their website. So, I looked on-line for a florist near Plainfield NJ. My dear cousin had passed and due to covid-19 our family down here in Virginia needed to send something really nice. I called Town & Country and we had trouble understanding each other. The lady, Magoli, asked that I call her cell directly. I did. She was fantastic and the peace lillie they delivered to the funeral home (in less than 24 hours), was huge and beautiful. We got a lot more for our money than we would with most other florists we've used. I highly recommend using this place!”
“My elderly mom and I were looking for flooring on a Tuesday night. Unlike the forest Ave location, none of the tiles were on display and worse there was not one person to help us except for one guy who was clearly busy loading items and operating a forklift. In my desperation I bothered him and he was nice enough To stop what he was doing. He also couldn't find what we're looking for but when others who would just say " We're out" he asked for a sku number. Turns out they had it but it was in a palette all the way to top. He grabbed his forklift and brought it down for us. Best of all, the item was discontinued and on clearance. Another lady came to help . They were both very nice. Ron and Lizette, you have restored my faith in what good customer service should be. Many workers and store managers have forgotten what that is”
