“OMG AMAZING WORK THEY DID AND FAST TOO. I CALLED ON SUNDAY AND THEY WERE HERE ASAP. THEY DID 1800 Sq Ft backyard in an hour piled with weeds. They even clean the pool afterward. Amazing prices too. Can’t wait to use them next year.”

“Despite some of the other negative Google Reviews, I can honestly say that I am well pleased with the service that I received in my mulch delivery yesterday (5/17/22).
This isn't by any means to diminish what others have experienced, but I just wanted to note my experience.
I was told that the delivery would be either in the morning or early afternoon on the day that I called which was around 8am. It was delivered around 10:30am.
I will most definitely continue purchasing my Mulch from here in the future.

She handled my return quickly and smoothly, and then went above and beyond to help me with an online credit issue where I kept getting bounced around. She was patient, calm, and truly did everything in her power to get it resolved. It was honestly refreshing—especially with how frustrating and difficult the situation was. “Why are there so many Toro lawn mowers in for repair. Some look new. Mine is there now. All repair orders seem to have the same problem and solution. Is Home Depot selling crap then charging $100 to repair on a $300 mower?”
“My aunt was in there last week looking for salt and they only had 50 lb bags available. Brian and Kirk were so helpful to separate the salt into four buckets and carry it out to her car for her. They were so nice to her and did it all with a smile. She is so very grateful for all of their help!”

“My elderly mom and I were looking for flooring on a Tuesday night. Unlike the forest Ave location, none of the tiles were on display and worse there was not one person to help us except for one guy who was clearly busy loading items and operating a forklift. In my desperation I bothered him and he was nice enough To stop what he was doing. He also couldn't find what we're looking for but when others who would just say " We're out" he asked for a sku number. Turns out they had it but it was in a palette all the way to top. He grabbed his forklift and brought it down for us. Best of all, the item was discontinued and on clearance. Another lady came to help . They were both very nice. Ron and Lizette, you have restored my faith in what good customer service should be. Many workers and store managers have forgotten what that is”
