My husband and I were beyond pleased with our recent experience at Hyundai of Lester Glenn in Toms River! From the moment we received the initial call from Amanda encouraging us to come in, we felt positively about visiting the location. Her friendly, no-pressure approach was welcoming and set the tone for what would be an exceptional experience.
When we arrived, we were greeted by Dave Beaton, who turned out to be an absolute gem of a sales agent. Dave took the time to really listen to what we were looking for and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. His knowledge of the Tucson was impressive, and he answered every single one of our questions with patience and genuine enthusiasm. They give estimates of how much it would cost for extra repairs (all together and individually), and even help schedule appointments to accommodate for future repairs and tune ups.”

“Had car battery replaced. Required a special size battery. Dave searched until he found the precise battery required for my car to ensure the best performance. Also, without extra charge, he replaced all missing engine cover plugs and filled all tires with air including the spare.

“I needed a recall completed on my Ram. Started off with an easy online appointment. When I showed up I was politely greeted and worked with Marc for the vehicle intake. I inquired about new tires and was pleasantly surprised to find cheaper prices for the same tires I was shopping at third party auto centers like Mavis and Pepboys. After intake, I waited in their very nice, comfortable, super clean waiting area while watching the news on large screen tv's. Complimentary coffee selections and wifi were a very nice touch. Finished the visual with Marc summarizing my vehicles status and walking me through check out. Great experience, thank you!”
“Was on the GS parkway early Saturday morning and got a TPMS warning of low pressure In one of my tires. I was losing the air in about 1 lb per mile so I excited the parkway ASAP and did a quick Google search. Found this great, locally owned place with a 4.9 rating Google rating and loaded the address into my GPS. Pulled in with about 11 lb of air in my tire. They were busy on this Saturday morning and their lot was full but they were great, friendly and turned my tire repair around quickly in between their other jobs. Great place. Nice owner. Highly recommend.”

“I am a local business owner. One of my trucks transmission went bad. We knew it was shot. We have never used Tranz, but knew they have been around for a long time growing up in Toms River. So instead of searching for a company that could replace the transmission, go out and get several estimates ect. We called Tranz first because as another local business we recognize if you have been established for a long time that says something right there. We were not disappointed. Brought our 2017 Silverado pick-up in on Monday, Bobby called us on Tuesday and told us what we already knew. We needed a new transmission. When we came in Monday he gave us an estimate of the cost if a new transmissions was needed. He was exactly at the pricing we anticipated and the final price was exactly in his estimate range. There was one thing we did not anticipate with Tranz Connection. Bobby told us on Tuesday after we gave approval that he would get right on it and we would have the truck back by Wednesday or Thursday. He called Wednesday afternoon and said it was finished. We are so thankful to get one of our company vehicles back and keep us rolling with basically zero delay. His shop is clean, meticulous and everything was well communicated throughout the process. I will be using Tranz Connection for my companies fleet going forward for all of our vehicle service and repairs.”
