“I accidentally broken my necklace with a pendant I had gotten from my grandmother. I stopped in today to see if it could be repaired. The gentleman that helped me was fantastic. He was able to repair the chain quickly and even gave me some history on the pendant. While I was waiting I browsed the display cases and saw the most beautiful and unique pieces. I’ll definitely be going back for all my jewelry needs.”

“Just spent 90 minutes working with Keiley. She was so amazing! I bought a bracelet & ring two days prior and wanted to exchange them for something better suited for my lifestyle. Keiley answered so many questions, she let my try on soooo many things and she was so patient. I love to talk and she let me talk her ear off. It was a lot of extra work for her because of the promotion at the time + the return. She triple checked everything and explained everything perfectly. The store I originally bought from in Yonkers wasn’t super friendly and didn’t explain the warranty, cleaning, etc. Keiley updated all of my knowledge on the perks of shopping at Pandora! I was very grateful for her! Thanks Keiley! Also shoutout to Jocelyn for being a great sidekick and joyful employee! I love shopping at stores where the employees are ultra kind!”
