He was able to repair the chain quickly and even gave me some history on the pendant. While I was waiting I browsed the display cases and saw the most beautiful and unique pieces. “I was referred to Todd by a friend who used Todd to reset a ring for her. Todd transformed my all diamond wedding ring (which no longer fit me) into a diamond by the yard necklace and another wedding band (that now fits me!). Both pieces turned out beautifully! And now I can wear my former wedding band diamonds as two new spectacular pieces vs having it sit in my jewelry box. Thank you Todd!

“I cannot say enough about Selah M.. she helped me pick out the perfect (upgrade) for my ring, and answered so many of my annoying questions. Also helped me find the perfect demand necklace to go with my ring for our anniversary dinner. But the reason for this review, we bought the ring a week before our anniversary, in which it needed to be sized. We were hopeful it would be back in time, and she said she will pull as many strings as she could! My husband picked it up today. “Just spent 90 minutes working with Keiley. She was so amazing! I bought a bracelet & ring two days prior and wanted to exchange them for something better suited for my lifestyle. Keiley answered so many questions, she let my try on soooo many things and she was so patient. I love to talk and she let me talk her ear off. It was a lot of extra work for her because of the promotion at the time + the return. She triple checked everything and explained everything perfectly. The store I originally bought from in Yonkers wasn’t super friendly and didn’t explain the warranty, cleaning, etc. Keiley updated all of my knowledge on the perks of shopping at Pandora!
