Todd transformed my all diamond wedding ring (which no longer fit me) into a diamond by the yard necklace and another wedding band (that now fits me!). Both pieces turned out beautifully! “I cannot say enough about Selah M.. she helped me pick out the perfect (upgrade) for my ring, and answered so many of my annoying questions. Also helped me find the perfect demand necklace to go with my ring for our anniversary dinner. But the reason for this review, we bought the ring a week before our anniversary, in which it needed to be sized. We were hopeful it would be back in time, and she said she will pull as many strings as she could! My husband picked it up today. “I purchased a solid gold rope chain for Christmas. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. Since the item had to be ordered I was concerned they would not exchange. I called and was immediately told they would exchange for the correct size with the charge of course for difference in price. They were very accommodating and nice during this process. I will be doing all my shopping and repairs with them. They are so much nicer than doing business with jewelers in the mall. Nothing like personal and friendly service. I give them 5 stars!!”

“Just spent 90 minutes working with Keiley. She was so amazing! I bought a bracelet & ring two days prior and wanted to exchange them for something better suited for my lifestyle. Keiley answered so many questions, she let my try on soooo many things and she was so patient. I love to talk and she let me talk her ear off. It was a lot of extra work for her because of the promotion at the time + the return. She triple checked everything and explained everything perfectly. The store I originally bought from in Yonkers wasn’t super friendly and didn’t explain the warranty, cleaning, etc. Keiley updated all of my knowledge on the perks of shopping at Pandora! And have earrings made for my granddaughters high school ..
