“Kohls is my go to for everything I need! I've bought my work pants there, they were so comfy that I had to go back and get like 5 more pair. I get my work shoes here and even my makeup, or a cute outfit. Whatever you need, Kohls has it for you and with reasonable prices! The staff is awesome and friendly and knowledgeable about the products as well! One time I was looking for something for my mom for Christmas and I asked the sales woman and 3 lovely ladies helped me look all over for it. They ended up being sold out, but they still took the time to go above and beyond for me!! Sephora is in Kohls too, so I can even get the only eyeliner I like there! It's a one stop shop!”

“Even though I was having one of those frustrating trips to the clothing store where nothing seemed to be working out, the manager Liz was there to help me. She showed me different options, offered suggestions, and made sure I was as pleased as possible. I usually order and pick up wt the store, which is so nconvenient; however this experience reminded me of all that you gain by going into the store and consulting the experts in person. “Great selection of clothing and accessories. Last summer I bought a little black dress, a watermelon hued maxi-dress, cute shorts and a French woven bag that I love. The year before was an even bigger score: exotic, flowing beach gown, my favorite wide-brimmed straw hat, sea blue shorts set and more. You never know what you'll find. “If you need new jeans, men or women, goto old navy. I’ve never seen soooo many jeans for both. These sweats here I had ordered online. Since they are woman’s, I ordered a size up as always. DONT do that lol I had to take them back. I tried a large on and then a medium. The medium was perfect and the wide legs are completely fine. Not way over wide.”

“My better half goes in there when they have their sale days and still going there and shop for up to two hours and I said my truck and relax enjoy it and there's a rainbow in this shopping center right off of Route 37 on the eastbound side between 166 and Route 37 and coming off the parkway's right there as well she'll go in there and spend so much money but when she comes out and she shows me the receipt where she just got $250 worth of clothes for $45 I'm amazed and with her she well 3 and her daughters and and daughter-in-laws and the family show let the kids come there and pick through some of the stuff that she bought cuz she doesn't just buy for herself but Rainbows are great place to go. Have these great deals and you can't go wrong thumbs up”

“Five star review for sales associate RYAN. 2 star review for Macys. Ryan approached me as I was looking at clearance shoes, size 11 asking me if I needed any assistance in my shopping. What a nice treasure to be greeted with someone asking to help support your shopping experience. Ryan made shoe suggestions that were helpful and searched for boots in my size. They don’t have any. They don’t have much. But Ryan printed out the locations that had my shoe and size. Super helpful Ryan and thank you! Your efforts are supremely appreciated.
However, I have not been to Tom’s River Macys since I was 15. I’m now 42. Not impressed with the upkeep of this store. It looks like a dump. There were 4 empty and filthy fold out tables in the shoe department. The lighting is awful and it felt like a 3rd world shopping experience from my previous experiences with Macys in others cities and states, which have been better. I’m not sure I would go back even if I needed to and it was the most convenient location. Sorry Macys! Good choice on hiring Ryan though. He made my experience great. I wish you the best Ryan.”

“Another great Kohl's experience (different store, but just as great of an experience). Spotless store, friendly associates, ample parking, patient cashiers. The clothes were not smashed on a tight rack and there was room to move clothes around and shop! However, what impressed me the most was the fact that the clothes size and hanger size matched! I find it most frustrating when I pick up an article of clothing based on the size on the hanger only to find that the tag on the item is a different size! Well done Kohl's Lacey Township! I am sure that is not an easy task!”
