“I visited this Express location on black Friday weekend to take advantage of their 50% off the entire store sale after losing a considerable amount of weight and simply not having any clothes I could function in. I have never shopped at an Express before, and my expectations for a fast fashion store in a mall were very low, but they were also blown out of the water!!This store is kept pristinely clean, everything was folded or hung in size order, and very well stocked. Having never been here before and also not knowing exactly what would fit my new body, I had some questions along the way and Natalie was quick, polite, and very knowledgeable to answer. Nazyia at the register made the checkout process quick and seamless and even bagged my neatly folded new clothes. Many other retailers in general have slacked on this, what was, a common courtesy prior to the plastic ban.It has been a little bit now with my new jeans and tees and I can confidently state I am also taken aback by the quality as well!! I don't even need to wear a bra with my long-sleeved crew necks, the jeans fit like I have never had denim fit before (when slim or heavier). Might just have to come back for the post-holiday clearances!!”

“Even though I was having one of those frustrating trips to the clothing store where nothing seemed to be working out, the manager Liz was there to help me. She showed me different options, offered suggestions, and made sure I was as pleased as possible. I usually order and pick up wt the store, which is so nconvenient; however this experience reminded me of all that you gain by going into the store and consulting the experts in person. Many thanks to Liz who offered to help me and even offered a bra fitting!”

Sometimes the weird girl in glasses harasses me thinking I'm shop lifting, I just like spending a lot of time shopping for clothes with my significant other. “We went into JCPenney for our son’s 1st Birthday photos. I’ve never hired anyone professionally and so I was a bit nervous about this experience. My son walks and runs everywhere and I wasn’t sure if he would stay still. The photographer we had was Tanner. Tanner was patient with us and our son, he played with him and interacted. It was a lot of fun honestly. We had a lot of options in photos to choose from. I never once felt uncomfortable and I’m extremely satisfied with our first experience.”

“My better half goes in there when they have their sale days and still going there and shop for up to two hours and I said my truck and relax enjoy it and there's a rainbow in this shopping center right off of Route 37 on the eastbound side between 166 and Route 37 and coming off the parkway's right there as well she'll go in there and spend so much money but when she comes out and she shows me the receipt where she just got $250 worth of clothes for $45 I'm amazed and with her she well 3 and her daughters and and daughter-in-laws and the family show let the kids come there and pick through some of the stuff that she bought cuz she doesn't just buy for herself but Rainbows are great place to go. Have these great deals and you can't go wrong thumbs up”
