“They advertise to make 4% on short term notes but fail to mention you have to have a net worth of $500,000 to invest in that. With less than that you only have 1 investment choice called the Prism Fund, which may make more, but lacks the safety of a short term note.”

It's near any type of food you can imagine, it's adjacent to Zuccotti Park, it's near the subways and it's in a square with several good street vendors. “I came into Fidelity knowing I wanted to open a Roth IRA and credit card with it. There was a walk-in wait time of about 15 minutes, because everyone there was busy helping a customer already. The lady helping me was very sweet, and helped me solidify my decision in opening a retirement account early. I told Olivia about my pervious issue with registering with Fidelity online since I didn’t have an existing account with them yet. She offered me a physical form to fill out, and explained the process/wait time after I was done filling out the form. Whole process was very smooth, very straightforward. I also noticed she was very attentive to the other customers while I had my own time filling out the application. Thank you Olivia!”

“A bit understaffed. One person was helping 2 others, but called someone out to help when I arrived. Good thing because 2 more customers came in after me. He was able to resolve my issues and both were apologetic for the wait. They were both handling difficult problems, so no worries.
I've been to other Charles Schwab locations and they all have been very helpful. Unlike Fidelity. They tell you to use their app and then try to upsell you on their products. It's like going to a used car salesman.”
