I like this bank very much. The bank employees here are very polite, enthusiastic and have a good service attitude towards customers.

The staff is friendly. But the vestibule where the ATMs are located, smells like urine.

The PNC Bank location across from MSG is comfortable and fully staffed with very helpful staff. I got to know a lot of them during COVID and thankfully the Bank has retained most of their staff.
