It's near any type of food you can imagine, it's adjacent to Zuccotti Park, it's near the subways and it's in a square with several good street vendors. Security is very good relative to what I've dealt with in the past, and the floors were on are very nice, clean and well maintained. Quality building.”

“The PNC Bank location across from MSG is comfortable and fully staffed with very helpful staff. I got to know a lot of them during COVID and thankfully the Bank has retained most of their staff. They are competent and polite. Although that part of town has become rather gross, the PNC branch on 31st and 7th Ave is a welcomed respite.”

“Bank is most of the times close you deposit your money you ain't getting it to they decide when there open in the middle hours of the day better make sure you have extra money there so you won't have to go tru this problem it's unbelievable you have to wait to 9am to be able to deposit money in the Atm lobby cause there close and not even with your card you will be able to enter cause the door won't open to 9am”

“A lot of banks just don't have an in house notary public anymore- we tried the Chase next door to this Charles Schwab location and they told us "come back at 3pm, the notary public MIGHT come in"... nobody's got time for that!I saw Schwab next door and ran in to see if they could help-I didn't even have my Schwab debit card on hand but the snazzily dressed gentleman at the front desk patiently heard me out and quickly reached out to his colleague who was a notary public, who came out to help us a few minutes later.I appreciated the excellent customer service at this location!”

TD was pathetic, broker from Chase was a pain to work with and City gave us much higher rate. “my visits to well fargo bank on 3rd ave off 42nd st have always been short and dull just how i like it. the main extrance for full banking is on 3rd ave as atms are in a separate area off 3rd ave.i went on a friday to speak to a bank rep about a minor issue with my account and the lady bank rep cleared up the issue in 5 minutes which was not great cause i found the chairs in the waiting area are comfortable enough for me to take a little nap(,only kidding no nap this time) .my only issue and its a small one is that the atms are in a seperate area away from the main banking area and i prefer the convience and safety of having it in on area .overall wells fargo is a good bank to have a personal or business account.”
