My husband, unfortunately, has MS and so I have needed to purchase items there several times in the past few years. Everybody who works there is knowledgeable and can answer questions about whatever you need. The owner, Rob, is especially helpful and kind, and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. I bought a wheelchair there, and had a problem with the brake on one side. “I had a wonderful experience at Cornell. I needed a good-quality rollator for my 93-year-old mother and didn’t want another cheap one like the one I had previously purchased on Amazon.
When I stopped in, the staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me choose the right rollator and even assembled it for me on the spot, which meant so much. Because of my own physical limitations, I’m not able to get down on the floor to put things together, so that extra help made a huge difference.
The rollator was perfect for my mom, and she was absolutely thrilled with it. It’s sturdy, comfortable, and exactly what she needed.
The service, kindness, and convenience really stood out. If I had ordered online, I would’ve had to assemble everything myself, which simply isn’t possible for me. Cornell made the whole process easy and stress-free.

“Was in need of first-aid bandages. After I read all the reviews of Healing Hands Home Care, I had good vibes of them, meaning David, to deliver what I needed.
Since I came on a Friday afternoon, was told I'd have the bandages by Monday. Unfortunately, I didn't receive them to the following week. If I would've received the bandages on that Monday, this post would've been 5 stars. Sorry David.”
