“Sound a bit crazy but I have 5 stars because the service is not that bad. I had to drop off my package to refund and I have a QR code. There was some ppl in line but I only waifed 5 mins and the drop off was very quick”
“I visited the post office to retake a photo for my passport renewal. I left a review on usps but I also wanted to leave a review here. Ms. S Patel was the woman that helped me with everything! She literally did not wait for me to ask her for help she took the initiative and handled everything for me very efficiently. If I ever need any assistance with my passport I would definitely come back to this location ! She made my experience wonderful. My appointment was at 1:15 I arrived at 12:55 and was done by 1:10!!!! Thank you Ms SPatel !”

“My staff, friends and I have been to this place many times and that the last time went there was to buy stamps and put in on the envelopes and mail it out. The people that worked there are nice friendly and kind.”
“Went around 2pm on a weekday for a money order. The line was pretty long and they only had 2 windows open. The man at the window was very helpful and descriptive on how to fill out the money order once received. Wait was ~20 mins for a 2 min interaction! Shame they don't open more windows to help service move faster.”

“Easter is love even though i moved a little far, but just because of Easter, i always used this location .... believe me, this is the only one usps location where you can find such a bright smiley, happy face, and a person with a positive attitude. I went to the window and had the pleasure of speaking to Mr. Javier Velazquez. Mr. Velazquez listened and explain to me in detail the process, why I was receiving a different PO location. He checked my info and retrieved my package. I left the PO with my package (I thought it lost).
Mr. Velazquez wasn't nasty and didn't have an attitude. He was very helpful and informative.

“Super friendly. Had no issues with availability of the office per the schedule. Nice to have a small local office that cares. The postal worker even helped make sure I had all my passport forms correct so I could get the fastest turn around of service.”
“Like others have said, friendliest service I have received in NYC! My clerk was #10 according to my receipt. Before being served she served an incredibly rude lady who made several rudimentary mistakes with her mail and she remained kind and patient (though if it were me I would have allowed her to make the mistakes and receive the package she was sending back at her house…)”

“I lived in Cliffside for 13 years and I just walked by there one day never knowing the post office was there. If anyone knows the post office on Anderson Ave near pizza corner it is never open and if it is they are so rude. Is there a phone # for this place? Only the 800 #?
