“I want highly COMMEND as well as RECOMMEND this particular UPS store because they have provided EXCEPTIONAL “5 Diamond/5 Star” service beyond compare!!! The store Manager, Gage Roman and the ENTIRE staff actually assisted us with thwarting a sophisticated criminal enterprise that nearly left my 81 year old father scammed and swindled out of $20,000 dollars!!! Gage Roman was the epitome of courteous, caring, thoughtful, patient, and professional assistance every step of the way in this process!!! If he can provide this level of service and assistance and compassion with customers in Colorado that he has never met in person then just imagine how much more so that Gage Roman and his ENTIRE staff will take care of your business needs in the greater Clifton New Jersey area!!! I can sing his praises all day long!!! This is merely the beginning of well deserved recognition, appreciation and exultations to be showered upon Gage Roman and his truly outstanding leadership at this store and the local community!!! My deepest and most sincere gratitude and appreciation to Gage Roman and his ENTIRE staff!!! -Keith Sarntee Boulder, Colorado”

“One of the best things about moving to Butler has been having this Staples nearby. The entire team is exceptional and has made my work so much more efficient. There have been times I've driven over an hour just to have my printing done here because I know I can trust them to get it right every single time. A special thank you to Grace and Rebecca, who consistently go above and beyond. They are always patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping, no matter how busy the store is. “I would highly recommend Ameritechnology and especially Mark Bennett to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and honest service. From the very beginning, Mark and his team showed exceptional customer care, professionalism, and kindness. The technicians who came to our parish were outstanding — knowledgeable, patient, respectful, and extremely helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, connected our new copy machine to the computers, and even helped move the old broken machine without hesitation. What impressed me most was not only their technical expertise, but also the way they treated people with genuine kindness and respect. In today’s world, that truly makes a difference. It is clear that Ameritechnology values long-term relationships and takes pride in serving their customers well. Working with them has been a wonderful experience and a great beginning to a professional relationship built on trust and excellent service. I am very happy to recommend Mark Bennett and Ameritechnology for any office or business project you may have. You will be in very good hands.”
