“You cannot cancel your mailbox while there is still mail in it. So, when the time came, iPostal in Seattle ignored my request to discard my mail and left it in my box for weeks when it normally takes a few days at the most. Then iPostal charged my credit card for another year of service. Nevertheless, they now have my $99.99 and I have no remote mailbox. How is that not a scam?”
“Very friendly service. They actually help the community sometimes and what i mean by that is they help low charges sometimes. They helped me once or twice when in was short on a dollar or 2. Just sometimes there's a wait but over all great friendly service and staff.”

“It might seem silly to be passionate about a shipping store, but here I am. I’d be so sad if they closed. They ship with any company you want, so no need to go to a specific brand’s store. The guy at the front desk works really hard and efficiently, even if the line is long it moves quickly. He knows his stuff and can answer all sorts of questions. It’s never a hassle to ship stuff, which is all I want. Things are always done seamlessly. 10/10”
“I had a great experience at the Staples in Paramus, specifically for my TSA PreCheck enrollment. The entire process was incredibly smooth, and I was in and out in less than five minutes. The employee assisting me was both highly knowledgeable and personable, making what could have been a tedious chore an absolute breeze.
The staff overall is kind and helpful, which makes for a welcoming store environment. The only drawback is that the inventory feels a bit shallow in certain areas; the store seems heavy on items like computer printers and paper shredders but is light on other categories.
