This review is for OFFLINE aerie (not sure if the offline page is accurate). I believe she’s the manager (blonde woman working at around 5pm) was beyond excellent. She resolved my issue and was beyond helpful. I have seen her several times before and she always goes above and beyond.

I have never experienced such genuine customer service from any other store like this one! Everyone, and I mean everyone, was exceptionally helpful.

On Black Friday 11/26 I went shopping at this store. The customer service by the employees were amazing especially the cashier in the morning! She handled every customer with respect and remained calm even if some customers weren't respectful and she was incredibly kind. I shop here often and am never disappointed. Way... read full comment
