“I’ve had some problems with this shop in the past but I decided to give them another try and I’m glad I did. Went in today and received excellent, professional customer service from Daphne. I walked in desperate to find a bra in my size-she measured me, we agreed on a size and then she brought me so many options I was so happy. She checked on me several times which was very helpful and offered many different suggestions. Being a 40 G is not fun for me but I left with 2 great bras and a smile on my face!! Thank you Soma and Daphne”

“I don’t typically shop at Hot Topic but I saw they had Barbie merch as well as Hello Kitty so I stopped into the Freehold location. The staff was so nice! Literally 3 different people talked to me, when most of the time when you walk into a store you’re usually ignored, which I don’t necessarily mind, but it’s also nice to be greeted in a friendly manner too. The staff was helpful but not at all pushy or anything. They were even so sweet to my child too which is always a plus. Highly recommend!”
