“Ive been here a few times now. First time i went there was because my phone screen was broken as hell, and well, saying that I'm using that same phone to type this, I think its safe to say its fixed. My phone was fixed with a new screen wothin an hour, which was amazing because i had work later that day. Ever since then my phone hasnt had some of the screen issues it had before my original screen broke (like janky sensitivity n such). My most recent visit was because there was an issue with my down volume button. It for some reason was only acting as an up volume button. That was fixed in like, 10-15 minutes give or take. Super amazing. Best part, its less expensive than pretty much any other phone repair shop out there. Most of them will charge ≈$100 just for a semi-repaired screen nowadays, but this only costed $75, which is nice as someone with low income.
Onto a little side note, the people in there are extremely nice. I always have nice convos with them.
Overall, 10/10 would recommend.”

“I came to this store to see what they had to offer because my now previous cell phone carrier just kept raising my bill. I've never received the type of customer service from a cell phone carrier as I have from the reps in this store. Alvin, April, and Jermaine are exceptional. They took the time to make sure everything was setup correctly. My situation definitely wasn't a easy case, but they handled it with patience and complete professionalism. Not one time did I ever feel like I was being rushed even when the store became very busy. They made my family and myself feel very welcomed and important. Customer service like this would have me returning for whatever cell service I would need. The staff in this store is very wonderful and should be recognized for the amazing job that they do! I hope the right people see this and they can get the recognition they deserve.”

“I went to the Pleasantville store on Main Street because I had a client that did not get good customer service at cricket wireless. We came to the store and Lewis was the one who took care of us. He listened to the customer. He took care of all of his needs, and on top of that I observed two other customers coming in the store while Louis was taking care of my customer. He also took care of the other two that came in the store. We were out of the store within 15 minutes, my customer and also the two that came behind him. Louis is a true rockstar and so is Nana I have had issues with my prepaid Internet, and Nana answered all my questions and fixed all my issues. They rock love you guys and we will continue to bring customers to your store”
