“They advertise to make 4% on short term notes but fail to mention you have to have a net worth of $500,000 to invest in that. With less than that you only have 1 investment choice called the Prism Fund, which may make more, but lacks the safety of a short term note.”

“I came into Fidelity knowing I wanted to open a Roth IRA and credit card with it. There was a walk-in wait time of about 15 minutes, because everyone there was busy helping a customer already. The lady helping me was very sweet, and helped me solidify my decision in opening a retirement account early. I told Olivia about my pervious issue with registering with Fidelity online since I didn’t have an existing account with them yet. She offered me a physical form to fill out, and explained the process/wait time after I was done filling out the form. Whole process was very smooth, very straightforward. I also noticed she was very attentive to the other customers while I had my own time filling out the application. Thank you Olivia!”

“Ashikome Gamra, the branch manager of this location went above and beyond for the Newark Water Coalition. She squeeze us in last minute to help us set up our account. It took over an hr and a half to get it done. The branch had already closed and Ashikome was still helping us.
