Customer service was good, and the owner was very nice and helpful. He was able to direct me to the supplies I needed! I will come here again and I recommend this place!

119 South Ave, GarwoodI had such a wonderful experience at Pet Supplies Plus in Garwood, and I want to give a special shout-out to Ray, who went above and beyond to help me when I came in worried about my Frenchie’s ongoing gastrointestinal issues.
Ray spent over 10 minutes talking with me, not just tossing out generic suggestions, but really asking thoughtful questions about my dog’s symptoms and history. He genuinely listened, clearly cared, and offered such well-informed advice that I felt completely confident in the product he recommended. You can tell he has a real wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to pet health, and I’m so grateful for his help.
It’s rare to find customer service like this anywhere these days, let alone from someone who’s not just helpful but truly passionate about animals. I left the store feeling reassured, supported, and hopeful… and that means everything when you’re trying to care for a beloved pet.

Diamond in the Ruff
345 North Ave, GarwoodI can’t say enough good things about Diamond in the Ruff. I have been a client of theirs for over 13 years so this review is long overdue! I would never take my pets anywhere else. Sarah and Mike are amazing people who truly love animals. They are down to earth, friendly, flexible, talented, patient and most importantly, kind! Our pets always look amazing when they leave. I began going to Sarah about 14 years ago with our beautiful baby boy, our cat Matty ❤️ Sarah was the only groomer who was patient and kind enough to take cats and she loved Matty so much. He always came home with a cute bow tie and always looked so handsome. We unfortunately lost Matty this past year which tore us apart. He was like our son. I will never forget Sarah’s kind words to me, it really meant the world. Their clients become family and that’s truly the feeling you get when you come here. It’s genuine. They never rush and they truly listen to you. Our girls, Mia and Zoey (Golden Retriever and Husky) love coming and always have a blast. They always look beautiful and I know they are in the best hands. I seriously cannot recommend Diamond in the Ruff enough. We love them so much and they are just the BEST!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
