For the people who are complaining, please try the Collingswood post office. Then you will understand what a bad postal experience is! The Merchantville P.O. offers a pleasant and professional experience every time. I am not one to stan Merchantville, but these ladies are the best.”
“Staff are very friendly and try to move as quickly as possible during rush, even though they're limited. It's ashame that most of the time they don't have many supplies, because they want to shut them down to save money. I hope they don't close this location as it is more convenient for me and many others than downtown where there's no parking, long lines and horrible customer service. I use this post office whenever I have to mail something off or try to pickup supplies.”

“I had a little mishap with informed delivery (not recommended for the paranoid waiting for mail) and contacted Medford post office a bit in a state of alarm. They handled it better than I could’ve asked for and were more than helpful even taking extra steps to ensure I felt at ease with certain mailings being delivered. Just want to say thanks again for the continued follow up, and even the phone call return after operating hours, and understanding, especially from the postmaster Stephanie! After a less-than-stellar experience at another nearby location, I visited the Berlin Post Office (ZIP 08009) with cautious optimism—and I was absolutely delighted by the difference!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by an attendant who exemplified everything public service should be: friendly, polite, and patient. I asked the same questions I had posed elsewhere—about affordable pricing for registered mail—and instead of being met with frustration, I was guided step-by-step with professionalism and a genuinely positive attitude.
It was truly like night and day. This experience proves that quality customer service can be delivered consistently and respectfully—even within the same organization. The atmosphere here was peaceful and welcoming, making it easy to conduct business without stress or discomfort.
To the team at the Berlin Post Office: Thank you for doing your job with care and for treating patrons with the respect they deserve. I deeply appreciate the way you create a space where good service is not the exception, but the standard.”

“No lines if you show up at off-peak times outside of first thing in the morning, during lunch, and maybe right before 5pm. Mid-morning and mid-afternoon is usually OK. Have your items ready otherwise you'll probably encounter somewhat typical USPS orneriness.”
“Small post office. PO boxes cost less than other towns in the area. Window Open M-F 830-130, then reopen 230 to 430. Lobby stays open from 8 to 5. Saturday window open 830 to 12. Lobby 8 to 12. Convienient, next to the Wawa. Friendlier, helpful clerks.”

“This is a one person Post Office, usually staff by a wonderful Lady. The service is Superior, but it can be get crowded fast, since this is only a one person operation. The Postal recommendations are always Spot on.Cedar Brook is a very small town, We are delighted to still have a Post Office. It it is the type of place, eight months of the year, where neighbors meet neighbors. So when you pull in from the Highway, take a deep breath and enjoy our small town charm.”
“I just shared a problem we're having with our carrier in the last few months (Zoe Road, Sicklerville, NJ) but I want to be clear that this is the first problem I've ever had with the Sicklerville P.O. since 1988 when I moved here. The personnel at this location are awesome; I actually tell people how great my post office is. The personnel are routinely friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. I'm having problems with my specific carrier right now, but Matt, who's been addressing the problem, has been courteous and doing his best from my first phone call. I'd hate to see this one problem carrier overshadow the great job that the Sicklerville Post Office has always done.”
