“I went in to the Glassboro store today after a very unpleasant visit to the Sicklerville store. The employees at Glassboro especially Steve Griffith made the experience easy. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. I can’t say enough about how he went out of his way to make sure we were completely set up and satisfied with the results of our phone transfer from Xfinity to T-Mobile. Steve is who you want teaching a master class on customer service. I will tell friends and family to use this store for all your T-Mobile needs.
Please do not go to Sicklerville store, you will be treated badly and rudely dismissed like you are not worth their time even after my second attempt to ask for help with a phone transfer. Poor poor service.”
“On Saturday, Jocelyn managed the store independently and attended to several customers. She demonstrated exceptional professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness throughout her interactions. While this was not my initial visit to AT&T, her demeanor was particularly impressive. She diligently attempted to diagnose and resolve the issue with my phone. Regrettably, a viable solution was not available, leading me to decide on purchasing a new phone and internet service. Despite assisting other customers concurrently, she expertly guided me through both transactions.”
