“Cal is the best! He takes the time to explain what work he's doing and sends pictures when everything is done. He took my car to the wash and removed the front license plate holder for me as well.After he reset my check engine light, he had me come back twice to make sure the monitors were recalibrated and ready for inspection. Really great experience!”
“I woke up to a flooded car. The car's sunroof drains had clogged and boy what a mess... and the smell! I took the Toyota over to Holman who fixed the problem, but I was still left with a water logged car. The service advisor at Holman assured me I didn't need to worry and sent me to Chris at Absolute Perfection. I trust Holman so I trusted the referral. Chris was able to get me in the same day! Great communication. His price was a relief and exactly what the service advisor said it would be. I live in Haddonfield and the 20 minute drive down the White Horse Pike was easy. Chris took the car right in and called when it was ready in about one day. I have never had a car detailed and now I get it. I was hoping for a dry car that didn't smell like mold and instead I got a whole new car. AMAZING. I didn't know a 10 year old car could even look this new! I even asked if it was my car. The car's interior is spotless. SPOTLESS. I have had two boys, plus all their friends in this car for years and the crumbs, gunk, and debris was just kinda embedded into the car. The leather seats took a beating over the years too. Chris took the car to a whole new level. WOW. Before anyone sells a car they should get it detailed. If you want your car to look brand new, or you have a more serious issue like water damange, Chris is your guy. The detailling was perfect. I am so happy. Chris has got to be the best detailer in South Jersey. Thank you sanitzing and drying out my old car and bringing it back to life in the process. I wanted to update my review to add that my 11 year old son got into the back seat of my car and said, "WHOAH who cleaned the car? How did you do this?" You impressed a kid too! “As a woman, I felt the need to put a review & I'll tell you why. First, let me make it clear, KX Auto is my only auto shop. I personally will take my car there & feel comfortable. This is for the women who are looking for an auto shop.I've been going to KX since 2018 or 2019, I can't remember. These guys have solid work ethic & provide quality service to my car. They've seen both mine & my husband's car & provide fair pricing. They're the only people I trust with our car now because they've helped me troubleshoot my oil issue & they're the only ones that know what to do. Since then, I'm stuck- love this auto shop.They're thorough, explain everything to me, they'll take pictures & send it to me to show me the issue, they've given me time to make a decision if it's a big fix, I'll even do my research & try to figure out what I'm saying & what I find is that they're honest too & if I have any questions they don't make me feel dumb because I'm a woman-- I've gone to places that have made me feel pretty uncomfortable. They have seen me move through life as a single to married woman. Despite me having my husband, if I dropped off the car they'll call me & provide updates/inquire what I want to do next. I don't know about you, but I want that. I feel respected in this small way that they treat me. I don't feel sterotyped or made out to be not as competent with my car. They'll communicate with me as they do with him. Super professional & I hope they never leave the Philadelphia area or be forced out of business.Parking can be hard because they're located on Washington Ave. There's construction & a new apartment is coming in so I don't know how that'll impact accessibility to them. But, I'm going to keep coming.This is the only auto shop I’d recommend & given other reviews, that means they get booked up & busy. So, if you need something serviced, regularly like an oil change or inspection, I’d schedule it out in advance. If you’re in a bind, they’ll try to work it out & help you.My only concern is that I dont know when these guys go on vacation. Honest concern because I want this auto shop around for a long time. If they scheduled a 2 week vacation I wouldn't be mad & just schedule my services before or after.This is how an auto shop should be. I should've written this years ago!!”

“Our Mazda3 brakes were not working properly and we had them checked at Just Tires who installed them. They said it was a ANS problem that only a mechanic could fix. Tony took the car apart and found out that it was the hydraulic master cylinder that needed replacing. He test drove the car and said the brakes were fine now.”

“Christmas Eve my pickup truck began having issues on my way to North Jersey. The day after Christmas, contacted Mathey Auto for help after being turned down by 2 Ford dealers in the area (couldn’t get me in for at least 2 weeks). Judd had me come right in and set to work on it. Same day got the most comprehensive report I’ve ever seen, including photos. By this time I was home in Maryland, work was approved electronically and they had it done within 2 days.Hands down, best automotive experience ever.”
“Truck broke down took it to another shop and told me the motor was shot and needed to be replaced for 11k, took it to Charlie’s for a second opinion and they actually took the time to diagnose the issue properly and fixed the problem for $900 bucks. They do good and honest work. The only shop I trust.”

“Very nice and honest folks. I brought my car in for a check engine light but there was nothing really wrong with my car from what I could tell. They really could have been dishonest and ripped me off like a lot of others would but they were very honest about the cause and only charged me for the diagnostics which was in my opinion a very very fair price. Would definitely bring any car back here for service.”
