They are very honest, provide fair quotes, and are not at all insistent with recommendations. They strive for 100% satisfaction and will never fix something that does not require replacement. The repair quality is stellar. They work with busy schedules, get customers in quickly, and are proactive in their communication. Their labor rate is reasonable, significantly less than dealership quotes. Customers report they do not need the dealer when they have CK Auto. They make bad situations pretty painless. The business is highly recommended, with customers intending to continue going to them for all future concerns.

I was able schedule service quickly and the prices are very reasonable. I really cannot recommend this place enough and will exclusively be using this shop moving forward.
