“I took my young son to Virtua Urgent Care on a Saturday morning with a fractured elbow. The entire staff was so friendly and playful with him that he was happy despite his pain. Following up with the orthopedist, he asked which urgent care we had been to because he was impressed that they identified his small fracture correctly. This was not our first visit at this location. We have always had a good experience.”

“Dr B has been my doctor for over 15 years. Since moving to the concierge approach, I feel he has the ability to really get to know his patients. The program allows for more baseline screenings to help detect anything that may arise down the line. He’s able to spend quality time with patients, is accessible at all times, and appointments are available when needed. Also, no waiting whatsoever when you show up for your appointment! “I saw Dr Koshy here after having a rough time being able to get into my old primary care doctor. She was super nice and listened to all my concerns. She wrote multiple referrals for me and was really good with my kids that I had to bring into the appointment. The office staff was really nice and I really appreciate how Cooper makes the check in process so easy being able to do everything in advance on the MyChart app. I've moved pretty much all of my care over to Cooper at this point and I can't be happier.”

“Love the office and staff but the elder lady in the front with reading glasses & blonde hair needs help with her customer service skills. She made me stand and wait til she was done chatting with her coworker to check me in. She barely checked my info and insurance to tell me I had to call the 1 800 number in the back of my card to verify my coverage. I have insurance and it covered the visit. Not only that, she said I was a "pleasure to have in the office" once I had to do her job. It isn't hard to be kind and take care of the patient at your workplace. Please do better.”

He has always been kind, extremely helpful and listened to my concerns. I even constantly recommend him to friends and family. Least I not forget Kim at the front I had a bad diagnosis and left crying she came out to my car to give me a hug. Because she cares. I will never forget that and I love her for that. Eveyone is great in the office and they work hard !”
