“This was the best move I ever had!! I had Mr Abdul and another man. The professionalism, patience and friendliness was above and beyond. All of my medications was accidentally packed by other people helping me to pack. I had to go through boxes to find my meds to make sure it wasn’t packed with the storage boxes. As my sister and I looked, he helped tape the boxes back not once complaining or being impatient and totally understanding. This caused the move to go much smoother. I so appreciate these guy and their willingness to make the move as quick and efficient as possible. They are outstanding and I strongly recommend this moving company to everyone. I was Blessed and grateful to have this moving company. God Bless them always!!“Second Review”I am posting a second review under my first review because I am having trouble finding the area to write a second review. I so apologize for the delay but I moved Monday and had a surgical procedure done on Tuesday. But I wasn’t going to go today without writing a review. This actually the first two times I am ever writing a review but these guys deserve it. The first review was when they moved my belongings to storage. This review is for this past Monday when they moved me again to my apartment. Once again these guys was excellent. I had Goga and Beka and they were fantastic. They wrapped everything that needed wrapping so thoroughly. I have never seen so much consideration for another person’s belongings as these guys had. They was careful, gentle with everything. I lived on the fourth floor when they moved me. They made uncountable trips up and down the stairs. They worked so hard without complaining. My TV stand was loose and they tightened the screws and they didn’t have to do that. They had to remove the legs from my sleeper couch to get it through the door. They do the unexpected. There moving is so professional. It took 5-6 hours to move me. Because I had 4 1/2 rooms of stuff to be moved and was on the fourth floor. They worked so hard. I don’t even remember seeing them take a break. No only is their moving great but their demeanor, their personality, their attitude was outstanding. Very amiable, polite, respectful and kind. These guys from Zero Max are the best of the best. You can’t get any better than them. I am going to make it my business to get back to them and give them all that moved me a nice big tip. I have all of their names and I will never forget how much I appreciate these guys. Sure it’s their job but they go far and beyond anyone’s expectations. I don’t ever write reviews but these guys deserve it and more!! Thank you so much!!”

Unfortunately, I discovered a couple of scratches on my new vinyl flooring after a coffee table (with metal coverings on the bottom) was moved to make way for a futon from storage. Also, Simi needs to respond to messages in a timely manner. Otherwise, a positive experience.”

I wasn't there and she actually helped my mom unload the U-haul which is not part of her job description but she helped her cuz my mom sprained her wrist. And it took me a lot longer to get to her because I just got out of the hospital 2 days ago. Extra Space Storage is official. I recommend using them”
