They were so patient, extremely careful, very nice, respectful, polite and extremely hard working. Jesus went above and beyond. He even repaired the feet of an antique secretary that had broken in a previous move. They had broken off and took it upon himself to fix it for me. I highly recommend them for any move you have. You're lucky to have them, they work very efficiently and very carefully and rapidly for hours nonstop. I've done a lot of moves and they were among the very best crews. We laughed when they found old Allied stickers which we determined from their style were not from 5 or 10 years ago but a move in 1999. “Everyone who's moved recently knows the immense stress of the entire process. From start to finish, I couldn't have had a better experience with UrBin and the physical move was seamless. I was amazed by how easy the planning was. I was able to send a video walk through of my apartment and they used that to itemize and provide a quote. Other than the movers, everything that could have gone wrong did. My building elevator broke for almost a month. I needed to reschedule the move more than once and eventually gave up and used the stairs. UrBin was not only flexible but easy to work with amid all the changes on my side. The movers did an incredible job negotiating an extra tight stairwell and took great care with my items. I couldn't recommend them more highly if you want to help alleviate stress during your move. Enough carts to you at your will and huge elevator. Two loading docks which makes it easy to drive into the city and not worry about parking.Hours: 7am-10pm access everyday (excluding major holidays) is the best part of all, I compared this with units all over the city and none compare.Service: Staff that are very friendly, considerate and give you their honest opinion. “I met Kirk at Manhattan mini storage on riverside drive. Kirk was in the office when I arrived to pay my bill. He immediate ask if he could assist me. He helped me get my bill paid. He also assisted me in finding a smaller unit which I was in need of but I just didn’t know how to go about it. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met . He also made sure I got everything moved and in too the new unit. And also showed me where to put anything I no longer needed. No attitude no problem just making sure I was taken care of and that everything was good. If he is not a manager or in charge. Or at least in charger of customer care I think he should be. He was excellent.”
