He went above and beyond the basic customer service when he saw me struggling by myself trying to get my belongings up to my storage unit. I can’t thank him enough for “Everything” to make my experience stress free and smooth. Big thank you to Alex & the manager of that storage facility location.”

“I recently hired Make-a-Move Moving for my relocation, and they were truly THE most professional, pleasant, and efficient team I’ve ever worked with. Vlad was the only person (out of all the companies I contacted) who offered to come to my home to visually assess what needed to be moved. His quote was very fair, landing right in the middle compared to the five companies I considered.
On moving day, Jacob, Jesus, and a third team member (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) were fantastic. From beginning to end, they were incredibly friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. Jacob even set up something for me without me asking, which was very very nice.
I honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say! This was a 5/5 experience from start to finish. Having moved over 5 times within the tri-state area, I can confidently say I’ve found the company I’ll continue to use and recommend.”
