“This little restaurant is incredible. Not a fancy place, but home cooked by the family. We now go once a week. Menu changes daily. The 85 year-old grandma and her family start cooking at 4am each day. Amazing....All the favorites from the old country. Soups, fresh baked bread, ravioli, chicken, meatballs, sausage, pastas, too many to name and desserts like canolis and homemade cookies. I rarely say this, but this is the best Italian food I ever tasted. Plus they will pack up containers to take home. Just like my grandma's. Incredible and very nice people. Rare find.”

“An awesome old school corner store in Hackensack that gives a little piece of Italy. Very welcoming and buffet for 20 is outstanding. The food was awesome, I had two meatballs, Salad and two big bowls of an awesome pasta e Fagioli. Store is nostalgic. Next time I'm home going back”

“I am going to give this place 4 stars for the pandemic. No, the customer service is not their strength and "C" probably stands for crack, however this store has remained well stocked where other big brand stores have consistently been out-of stock. Always found toilet paper, cleaning supplies, flour and basic vegetables during the pandemic. They have also remained open despite damage to the building from a storm.”

“They are trying to reorganize the store. In my opinion, they are causing short term confusion for long time customers. For example, just try to find the sardines or tuna cans. Maybe a temporary sign to the new location would be nice. Otherwise the store has just about everything food you would want to buy including a sushi section.”
