You will get an earful of healthy advice . When I first started going here way before Covid you could eat in , even though you can't do that now it's worth a visit . “This place is excellent! I was in the neighborhood for work and I wanted healthy food and this was the first place that came up. They have great grab and go options as well as smoothies, soup, mushroom burgers and plant based entrees to go. I had the vanilla peanut protein smoothie, tofu scramble and vegetable soup. All were delicious and the staff is very friendly. I wish I lived closer because I'd go back all the time. Thank you for offering healthy food at prices that are reasonable!”

“Fairly cost effective uptown supermarket. Strong community feel here, the customers are regulars and exchange neighborly chitchat with the friendly owners. Pretty extensive in size, there’s a whole section dedicated to specialty and health products as well as a a deli counter with pastries, wraps, sandwiches and freshly pressed fruit juices or smoothies. There’s also a self-serve coffee & tea counter.”
