“Amazing service, can't say enough good things about everyone at Fishbox. If you need an antidote to the feeling you get from going to the post office, Fishbox is the cure-- they're always warm and friendly, creating a sweet little pocket of neighborliness where people don't feel weird about saying hi to each other. They're a long way from where I live in West Philly, but still so worth it, especially during the winter holidays when package theft is especially bad where I live. I currently only use them for packages I know I can get home on my bike, but if they ever open a satellite office in my neighborhood, I'll give up the anxiety of home delivery for good!”

Just be warned, you might stay longer than expected as you enjoy a story about the neighborhood. “I only used Action Mailboxes & Shipping for the notary. Always reliable and quick. I always have a handful of documents for work that need a stamp and $10 per stamp is very reasonable. Very sad that I moved away and have to find another notary.”

Over the past year, I have been working with someone who had two storage units at this facility. The location on the edge of Center City is easily accessible AND (I wish that I had known this, the first few times that I was there) they allow parking in the loading dock while unloading/loading AND during the time that one is accessing one's unit(s).
Pricing is very reasonable/competitive at these below-ground units. The elevator is quite large and several flatbed trucks are available. This facility is open 7 days a week, but it is not open in the evenings.
In addition to selling boxes and bubble wrap, this facility offers FedEx shipping, which is very handy.
But one of the greatest pluses is the staff. Everyone there was extremely helpful and friendly, as well as professional. It was a pleasure to deal with every member of the staff.”

“Contacted this UPS store in need of notary services. They were very responsive and requested that I come into the location. They made me aware that I would need to bring the two witnesses required for the documentation however they also suggested that I could see if customers in the store could act as witnesses. Upon my arrival they were very attentive and kind as well as professional. I would highly recommend using this location for any Notary services needed.”
“The young woman working there with the bandana was incredible. There was a customer being rude to her, the phone was ringing off the hook, and people were lining up, yet she remained kind, professional, and friendly the entire time.
She was working completely by herself, which made her even more impressive. I have no patience for people who are rude to someone who is clearly working hard and doing their best.

Fast forward to 2025 and seems like everything changed for the better. Now the staff seems very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I don't know what changed, but keep up the great work! :)”

“This place runs like a well oiled machine. I only do dropoffs and amazon returns, but I'm in and out of there pretty quickly just about every time. Excellent customer service.
Only negative to this store is the people that double park in front when the thruway is already tight.”
“No lines if you show up at off-peak times outside of first thing in the morning, during lunch, and maybe right before 5pm. Mid-morning and mid-afternoon is usually OK. Have your items ready otherwise you'll probably encounter somewhat typical USPS orneriness.”

He restored my faith in younger people and how they response to older people. He was patient non judgmental and very helpful!!! Highly recommend this location.
