“The person on staff when I went was super helpful with me getting pictures of the item boxed and sealed which I needed to send to the recipient. Not only that they were at the same time processing several other customers in an unexpected early morning rush.
I personally think management should make sure if this happens a lot that there’s two people on site. The staff member there handled all of us with professionalism and grace. Totally appreciate you.”

“Amazing service, can't say enough good things about everyone at Fishbox. If you need an antidote to the feeling you get from going to the post office, Fishbox is the cure-- they're always warm and friendly, creating a sweet little pocket of neighborliness where people don't feel weird about saying hi to each other. They're a long way from where I live in West Philly, but still so worth it, especially during the winter holidays when package theft is especially bad where I live. I currently only use them for packages I know I can get home on my bike, but if they ever open a satellite office in my neighborhood, I'll give up the anxiety of home delivery for good!”

“I do a lot of shipping for work and not only is this the most convenient location for me, but it's also the best shipping service I have used in Philadelphia! Elsewhere I feel like I am inconveniencing the employees by walking through the door, but here it feels like seeing a friend. They have plenty of options for shipping supplies should you need some. Cool shop, great people!”

“Greg is the best. One of the few mom and pop shops left in the neighborhood. Greg is always eager to help you out, and doesn’t nickel and dime you for extras like other big box shipping store do. Just be warned, you might stay longer than expected as you enjoy a story about the neighborhood. They make keys, help with shipping and receiving, perform notary services, etc… I enjoy supporting Greg and a local, small family business.”

They made me aware that I would need to bring the two witnesses required for the documentation however they also suggested that I could see if customers in the store could act as witnesses. Upon my arrival they were very attentive and kind as well as professional. I would highly recommend using this location for any Notary services needed.”

“The first couple times I visited this location in 2023-2024 were awful. The staff seemed irritable and not very pleasant. My experience was so bad, I didn't think I would go here again.
