The customer service is excellent. They need more employees though. A lot of traffic in this store and the line can get pretty long at times. Especially with amateur shipping customers who require a lot of assistance.

I’ve been to this UPS location a few times in the last couple of months, and the staff is always very responsive and helpful. Would recommend.
