“They are stocking the wrong sizes/not enough of the popular sizes it seems. In men's they don't stock over a 40 in pants in store anymore and in womens A LOT of things were out of L or XL but was abundant in XS and S. Still good quality things for the price tho!”

“Wow. Everyone who works here is insanely helpful. During a rush they got me pants. Hemmed them. And let me change into them so I could have a new outfit for where I was going. Immediately Katelyn gave me the run down of everything and in the fitting room Tierra was super helpful. When I went to check out Chlöe made sure that KC would get my pants taken care of fast even though KC had a lot to do. What an awesome team.”
“So many selections of Dove products. You name it they have it, plus scents you never knew existed. Really good scents too. huge bottles of body wash, which I didn't know about.”
“I loved this store. It was neat and Clean just like the J Crew stores. The selection was good. It had a mix of summer and fall merchandise. Most of the summer merch was on sale! I purchased T shirt dresses which are super comfy. The prices aren't really outlet prices but a bit cheaper than the regular store.”

“Stopped in there to make an online return, looked around and had got some new items. When doing my exchange at the register I had told the women I wanted to order a new size skirt. She had told me their system had 1 in the store of the new size I was looking for. She had asked the other associate if she could look for it she brought up two different skirts both with the new size I was looking to get. I tired on both skirts, while in the fitting room the lady brought me one more to try that she found. It was exactly the one I was looking for. “What a great store! The owner greeted my SIL and I right away and helped point us in the right direction towards beautiful baptism dresses for my daughter! We picked out a few, she allowed us to try them on my daughter and helped us with the try on process! She then steamed the dress we picked for us! There are beautiful clothes her for boys and girls! “I always enjoy shopping here with/for my little one. The layout is so nice (easy to navigate with a stroller), and the store smells wonderful (something I’ve always noticed when I first walk in). This was the first shop that came to when I found out that I was pregnant a little over a year ago, and they continue to have a good selection of newborn outfits. There is also a nice selection of baby and toddler clothing from Colored Organics.”

“Staff is very friendly and helpful.They know all of the uniform requirements for your school .Also,if you forget your child's size from last time,they have a record of all items and sizes that your child has previously gotten at their store. No worries if you just stop by without your student to pick things up.They have your sizes covered and they also have all the pieces to the uniform in stock and ready to go! Shopping for school here is easy and pleasant.”

“I thought the store was bright and welcoming, however very inconvenient when coupon information was not in the system that was earned. I think employee could have done more to assist instead of referring us to call customer service. She told us if we called customer service and got the coupon problem straightened out we would have to bring all the items back along with discount info to have coupon applied. May not visit again for a long time.”

“I Was in Philly this week to look for some outfits for an upcoming wedding event . After visiting several stores walked into this store and was very pleased with their displays . Looked around a bit and thought that perhaps pricing was a little high. We left and went to other clothing stores in Philly with total disappointment .We immediately returned to Brooks Brothers on Walnut and could not be more pleased w our salesperson Gabriela (Gabby) . She was knowledgeable on her product line and was not pushy at all . Refreshing to say the least .
