Thompson auto repair took the time out to address any issues that I was unaware of including some work that I previously had done at another shop in which they didn’t properly fix my vehicle correctly. Supposedly the shop replaced my spark plugs but never did. The owner/workers were very honest and helpful with me and showed me that my spark plugs was actually never changed. My car is running way better than before, thanks again. I recommend if you have any questions or concerns about your vehicle be sure to bring it to Thompson auto repair, they will take good care of your vehicle.”

“They towed my big tool box on 8/4/2023 from my old shop to my new one courtsey of my new employer. They were very professional and took pride in moving it. Their driver Charlie and his rider/trainee=sorry that I forgot his name as I am not the greatest at remembering, took care in protecting the box, were in a well maintained flat bed and were fully prepared to handle and secure it during transport. I have used other tow companies and sadly they left alot to be desired which is why my box has "beauty" marks. They called to let me know they were leaving their yard, arrived at my old shop early, had it up on the bed in minutes then took time to secure and protect before we rolled out. For equipment moving I would recommend them again and again just off of this first experience. Drivers like Charlie are certainly harder to come across and a delight to deal with since he could be serious and focused on the task while also able to joke and take it easy. I appreciate your help and will be sure to recommend to any other techs in need of assistance in moving their tools if needed. Thank You”

“After Meineke in Lumberton completely dropped the ball on my husband's compressor repair. We picked it up from there and after a quick search this location came up. It was around 4:15 pm. Not only did the friendly staff person tell my husband to bring it in, they got the job done before closing. We're forever grateful for the amazing service. My husband works in a warehouse, so in this hot weather, his only reprieve is at lunch in his vehicle. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You'll be getting both our vehicles for service from now on.”
“Did a great job on my car all for under $20! Don't pay for the 3rd one, you get the same service for the 2nd option and save $4. They do a good job and it's quick and hand dry and detail. They do close early though, 5pm and 4pm on Sunday but open early at 8amand 8:30am Sundays.”
