“If you don't like going to NJ, especially close to NYC (like me), you will not enjoy getting here. But once you're here, it's a fine place. Lot is a bit tight for maneuvering, but once they clear their own box trucks out for the day (around 7:30), it gets a little easier. No overnight parking (10pm-6am), wait on the street for a call after checking in. If you are waiting longer than you think you should be, the driver before you probably just took 45 minutes+ to dock. They unload pretty fast. Commerce Blvd is spacious if you need to break AFTER you unload. No local parking limitations during the daytime, it seems.”

“I opened up an account with this bank about a month ago. I was trying to log into my online banking and was unsuccessful. I visited the branch and came in contact with a wonderful woman named Marilyn C. She was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me get it fixed. She also followed up with me the next day to make sure I was able to login. After attempting to log in and another unsuccessful attempt she again went above and beyond to help me until the problem was resolved! I highly recommend them at this branch! Phenomenal staff! Always nice and willing to help! Thank you so much!”

There is usually not a wait but if they happen to get a small rush the are quick to voice that they will be right with you. “I had the pleasure recently of using XCEL to consolidate credit card debt that was sitting at 28% which is the norm now for credit cards. I dealt with Susan who was excellent and made the process really easy. The loan was done in one day! I also refinanced my car loan with XCEL back in July and saved over 120 a month on my payment Would definitely use them again in the future!”

“I had a couple of issues with the ATM but glad to say Ordaliza Pena took care of it right away. She was very professional and polite with me. She took her time and was patient correcting the problem I had. I would recommend if anyone has any issues to call her right away and she would get the job done. Today I needed a notarized document (2nd attempt) so this time I went West Caldwell and Al (Albert) was a true professional who was always thinking ahead ex (Do you want a copy?) What a big difference from Chase Randolph's Ms Khaled, who had attempted to up-sell me a very similar Freedom CC and who also quizzed me how to pronounce both her 1st an 2nd names an worse, called me after I left saying she had forgotten to STAMP the notarized document.
