“Overall, my experience was quite pleasant. The gas attendant was extremely friendly and very helpful. Quite honestly, it's been a while since I've encountered a gas attendant. This genuinely nice. In addition, the store cashier was extremely nice as well. He truly went out of his way to help me and even gave me a bag, which I think he normally charges for, but give it to me for free because he saw I was struggling. I frequent this place quite often and overall I've never really had a bad experience. The only thing that did annoy me, which is no fault of the stores is I tried to download the Exxon app because apparently they have a rewards program now and if you pay through the app, you get extra points. Unfortunately, the app was nothing but a headache and I wasn't able to use it so I lost out on a substantial amount of point. They did give me receipts, so I am planning on calling their customer service number tomorrow to explain the situation and hopefully they will help me. But as far as the location, I could not have asked for better service. Even the person behind me in line was very patient while I was fidgeting with the app trying to get it to work.”
