Ive been an AT&T customer for a while and have been to a handful of stores & have worked with many associates, but this Montvale location has been the best one. “I visited this store a few years ago and had a terrible experience, so I was hesitant to return. Unfortunately, I had an emergent situation that required me to go back. This time, however, I was assisted by the store manager, Leo, and his assistant, Alexandro, and the experience could not have been more different.
Leo and Alexandro were two of the most impressive individuals I have ever dealt with at AT&T. They were extremely professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. Not only did they immediately address my needs, but they also managed several customers, myself included simultaneously with precision and teamwork. At no point did anyone feel neglected or rushed.
I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, the cleanliness and décor of the store, and how well-organized the entire operation was. Leo and Alexandro clearly run an exceptional store, and their leadership and customer service skills set a very high standard.”

Walked out with new iPhone 12 & kept my plan. Great service and prompt turnaround. Highly recommend. Update 6/25 Verizon had a promotion. Karim assisted with the conversion. Just took a few hours to convert our new phones... Much simpler process than going to the corporate store. Highly recommend.”

The worker here, was misinformed about the Moto Stylus 5G. Told us, if we lose the stylus that came with this phone, we would have to buy a whole new phone.
This is wrong.
IF you lose the stylus, you CAN purchase a new stylus for $15.00 off of motorola's website.”

“The store owner is really genuine. I lost my phone in phili and had to purchase the stlyo 2 because most locations dont carry the stylo 1 anymore. I absolutely hated the 2. Went to this location to return it and see if they possibly had the Stylo 1. Unfortunetly they didnt but he owned the Stylo 1 . So he gave me his !!!!! I was so shocked and grateful.
