“I must say Jose & Luis are a great team! These too gentlemen made sure that my delivery service was outstanding! They were very respectful of my house the area I wanted the mattress set up in, the install was a breeze for them! Once they showed me how to operate my new mattress and handed me over the remote- I felt like I was buying a new car lol! Jose & Luis set up another bed (in the box) that I got for my son also! They didn’t have to but did a wonderful job with that also! And the clean up job was like they were never here!Moral of the story is if you can request Jose & Luis that would be your best bet! They were great and made my delivery day a breeze! Thank you Jose & Luis!!!!!”
“6/4/24: Costco has some of the most efficient and rudimentary ways of stocking their products, but for some reason can not perfect the checkout and return process. Can someone from corporate please look into this? The return desk is almost always fully staffed but it takes forever to get in and out
Overall the customer experience isn't bad.
BUT, please expand your parking lot. This Costco's parking lot is almost either completely packed or full.
With all the money this location obtains from its customers, they need to look into this”

“First time here and very satisfied with the treatment of the truck driver. I arrived 4 hours late, they received me without any problem and unloaded very quickly! Keep in mind that you must have the appointment # that starts with 400. Very clean bathroom, plenty of space to park and very friendly people”

“Everything went perfectly fine, The staff was extremely helpful and they unloaded us way too fast. We had a situation which obligated us to get unloaded faster I checked with the shipping clerk they empathized our situation and helped us get unloaded even earlier.I would highly suggest people to work with this company.Dianna Jennings and Carlos Marquez did everything possible to help us out.”
