“They are a local, family run business. Great for a last minute need...a pair of cleats that my daughter outgrew or a pair of baseball pants my son outgrew. If they don't have it, they do their best to get the item if they can...and quickly. They also do printing on shirts to personalize. Also, a great place to get some local swag! I appreciate not needing to go far and supporting a local business at the same time!”

The bill was obviously significant but the staff was incredibly polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about sized and color styles, matching accessories. In house alterations...pending pickup so I'll how that goes. Pro tip: if you pay cash you save 10%...which can lead to hundreds of dollars in savings.”

“Anyone with foot problems or who wants the perfect sneaker should come here. This is a store that gives you concierge treatment. They start by evaluating your gate. Then they ask you what type of cushioning you like. Based on the discussion, they bring a few choices to try. The store doesn't offer budget friendly options but what is sold is high-quality. I have foot issues, and my sneakers have greatly alleviated my problems. I highly recommend visiting!”

She patiently pointed out the various features of several shoes, and could not have been more helpful. One thing I appreciate about REI is the excellent sales staff never pressure customers in order to make a sale. Really great store, plenty of parking and convenient location. Highly recommended.”

“This is THE place for running shoes in NJ. Joe and his staff are running shoe savants. I remember the first time I came in, as a novice runner, over 10 years ago, and showed Joe the shoes I was running in. He looked at them examined the wear pattern, and said, "These are great shoes! You should never wear them again!" The thing about running shoes these days are most of them are good; the trick is to find the one that is good for YOU. Joe and his staff are great at that. They do gait analysis, look at shoe wear patterns, ask about what running (or other activities) you do, and make excellent recommendations. Are they right 100% of the time? Well, maybe 95% of the time. But the two times in more than 10 years that I've bought shoes that didn't seem right, they just took them back and swapped them out, no issue with the 15 or so miles of "test running" I had on them, full refund, help you find shoes that work better. And if they don't have it, they'll order it. I know everyone thinks they can get a better deal online, but you really can't with Sneaker Factory. Their prices are competitive, but even if you pay a bit more, you are getting all their knowledge and expertise, their no questions asked returns for shoes that don't work out, and you become part of the local running community that they support. One of my very favorite local businesses to support!”
