This location has been overwhelmed since the closing of the PO on 8th and Summit, but she still manages to bang it out. “My experience here is a total contrast to the services the location at Paterson Plank has to offer. The staff here are courteous and accommodating. They may be doing something else but they don’t stop and make sure the line moves along. I have been here early or late in the day and the customer service has always been the same. I always drop my packages here with pre-printed labels just needing receipts. I literally just spend seconds. For anyone who has bad experience at the Paterson Plank location, you’re better off just going here.”

“We came to the Little Ferry USPS on a Saturday to get fingerprinted for a background check because my wife and I both work during the weekdays and don’t really have time then.
At first, another employee started processing our information, but after realizing it was Saturday, stopped and told us fingerprinting normally isn’t done on Saturdays and asked us to come back during the week. We understood and were about to leave.
Then an employee named Aisha stepped in and kindly said she would help us anyway. She was extremely patient, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. With a young child and busy schedules, her willingness to help us that day meant a lot.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but her kindness and customer service truly stood out. Thank you again, Aisha!”

“I recently moved to NA and my letter carrier is the most pleasant man; even welcomed me to the neighborhood. I've never had an issue at the post office. The cashier (young man) is nice and quick. Whether I use the counter, the drop box inside the store or the mailbox right outside, everything is delivered without issue. The majority of the low rated reviews are made by entitled people living in NA that are older and miserable. I've seen the entitled behavior first hand. NA is a small town with a tiny post office that is doing their best being surrounded by larger and busier towns in the metropolitan area.”
“Mrs. Lisa was very helpful and she took me walking in while the other branch at Manor rd they refused to accept my appointment after 15 mins delay while the place was empty even when I ask to speak to the management. “I go here several times a month to mail out packages. It's usually quick and easy though it can get crowded after 5pm. The staff are great. The tall guy is super nice and the lady is usually fine as well. Never had any issues with my packages.”

“Typically, any trip to the post office is associated with a groan, procrastination, then a period of denial. My wife and I couldn't put it off any longer. Holiday gifts had to go and we're in a pandemic. Our local post office was out of the question so we thought, try a new place.So glad we drove to the Park Ave., USPS. Erik was the clerk and he was extremely friendly, patient and professional. Took the time to advise us on our packages and delivery options and we in no way felt rushed. It was hard to imagine we were in a United States Post Office. Haven't had an experience like that in decades.Parking is fairly easy, lines were not very long despite holiday season rush on a Saturday morning. Also, there is disabled parking (which I utilized), directly in front as well as wheelchair ramp access for those who require it.Stay safe and be well...”

“I find the different experiences amazing, running the gamut as they do. I have never had a problem there. People complaining about the parking? That's a Montclair issue, not a PO issue. I'm actually surprised the place is still open, given the other two locations, and just have to accept the limitations regarding closing (are the workers not entitled to a lunch break?) and other slight inconveniences.”
