“Love this location I’m always in and out even if it’s just one person working. For the most part the issue is more so on the post office and not the staff. They are really nice and try their best. It’s usually rude, impatient customers screaming at them for things that are out of their control. Been a customer for over 20 years here this is my go to post office in Newark”

“I've come back to edit my previous review. Thank you to all persons involved with revamping post office 347 7th ave Newark NJ 07107. The last few times I went to pick-up packages. The doors were open right on time. All three windows were open with professional and knowledgeable workers. They gave me their full attention. Answered all of my questions. Asked me if they could be of further assistance. They were efficient without rushing me. I am disabled. I appreciate that they waited for me to walk away from the window before calling up the next person. Again thank you so much to all that made this improvement possible ❤️”

“Newark post office is a waste of time. The guy told he dont take cash. Only debit. I had exact. And told the other employees dont havr money. So i had to go to another post office. They took my cash. They told all post office take cash. I wont be back at the newark post office. Its a waste. How they do business. Am surprise people still go there.”
