“I cannot speak highly enough or thank Kundert Volvo enough for their amazing service all around. I should start off with my experience at Ramsey Volvo. I was helped by Mike who was prompt & helpful. My experience at Ramsey took a turn when he went back to get lease numbers from the sales manager Tom. When talking to Mike about the numbers he gave me, I told him that I was already quoted at Volvo of Englewood for lower than what he gave me. When Mike went back to the sales manager again, Tom then came out to talk to us himself. Tom talked to me & my husband personally to tell us that we were lying & numbers like what we were previously quoted on did not exist. He still refused to believe it even when we showed him the paperwork. He was speaking to us in a condescending way that it made both me & my husband uncomfortable. I was appalled that anyone would speak to a potential customer in this manner. Our conversation was short & ended with him turning us away & saying then we should just leave & go get those numbers. There was no room for negotiation nor did they even want to make a sale, which was fine by me because I do not want to do business with anyone who treats people in such a negative manner.I then went to my third Volvo dealership which was Kundert Volvo in Hasbrouck Heights. I was greeted by the woman working at the front desk who connected me with Bernie. Bernie has worked at the Volvo dealership for almost 40+ years & it shows in the way that he truly cares about his job. Bernie went over the numbers with me to ensure I got what I was looking for. He knew the price point that I wanted to spend & was able to assist me in getting there meanwhile he was patient the entire time. He was very thorough so that I was able to understand every little expensense that I put down. Aside from Kundert Volvo giving me an absolutely amazing deal & beating out both Ramsey & Englewood Volvo dealerships, what they really won me on was how they treated me. Not only was Bernie very charismatic but he built a relationship with me & my husband. I can only see myself getting cars from them in the future because of how kind Bernie & all of the other staff members were. You can truly tell the difference between this family run & owned dealership compared to other places. I recommend Kundert Volvo for anyone who is looking to get into a Volvo. I also LOVE my new car, thanks Bernie!”

“I bought my car several years ago from this dealership and the process was relatively smooth and easy. They did try to sell me a warranty contract but I said no and that was the end of that conversation. I have gone back several times when they had service specials that I was interested in having done for my car. Each time they were quick and fair, no hard sell tactics. I have no problems with saying no. The only thing I don't like about the dealership is the location of the entrance driveway. Its very tricky coming down the Route 17. I always end up in the neighboring shopping strip.”
