She worked through several ideas and was quick to respond, quick to generate the ideas, and had great suggestions. After a few versions, we settled on a design and placed an order. We were kept informed every step of the way, and the ring was delivered ahead of schedule. It came in a seriously heavy ring box, along with all the paperwork regarding the stone.
The only thing I’d add is that the ring looked even better in person. If you're on the fence after viewing it online, our experience was that the pictures didn’t fully capture its quality and beauty.”

On my last visit, I mentioned I had recently gotten my ears pierced and was having trouble after one of my studs came out. The woman helping me went above and beyond—she guided me through choosing the right earring, gave me alcohol to clean my ear, and offered helpful advice to avoid further irritation. On top of that, she gifted me a cute little necklace to cheer me up and included extra earring backings just in case. It’s rare to find such thoughtful customer service. Highly recommend!”
